At The Electric Fireplace Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fireplace isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Unit
Carefully repackage the electric fireplace in its original manufacturer packaging, including all glass panels, remote controls, hardware, and instruction manuals.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger mantel units.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit to ensure it is in like-new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
